Starting his career at one of NZ's leading large construction companies, Willie quickly progressed from the junior at the office, to the QS looking after the company's largest project at the time.
Having gained experience in pricing and QS'ing large projects, as well as personally undertaking small development projects, Willie moved into a construction and business management role as managing director of a local construction business before moving on to form Jacobson Projects.
