This project involves the partial demolition of the existing building - then re-construction and extension. Engaged in the capacity of main contractor, the team at JPL have made a solid start - commencing with the substantial siteworks and demolition works required. Due for completion at the end of September 2020, this project presents an exciting new challenge.

Starting with the construction of a unit within a barn, this project involves the demolition, re-build and extension of a substantial house. Working collaboratively with the client, JPL are managing the budgets and undertaking full main contractor responsibility on this challenging but exciting build.

Again assuming the role of design managers, budget managers as well as main contractors, the team are undertaking a comprehensive re-furbishment and alteration of an existing chapel. This project present an exciting opportunity to see a dilapidated chapel given a new lease on life!

Having previously won the coveted NZ House of the Year award, this client has embarked on the re-construction of an existing house just down the road from their previous award-winning property. The team are excited to be working on what will be a unique and spectacular home.

Undertaking this for a repeat client, this project sees the team doing a complete re-clad on an existing monolithic clad house. Stay tuned for details.
