After assisting with some budget advice, JPL was engaged to construct this large bespoke auditorium for Tuvalu Christian Church. Featuring large curved timber beams and extensive carpentry work throughout, this project highlights what can be achieved when everyone works together collaboratively. 

The team at JPL were engaged by Orewa Baptist Church to wear several hats in order to complete their new church facility.  JPL has undertaken 'Stage 2' of the project including the office & ancillary rooms fitout, re-clad works and CPU / CCC management. 

This heritage home was one of 13 old officer's houses on the original Hobsonville Air Base. Having been relocated the the Sunderland Precinct, the house was transformed from a derelict dwelling to a modern, fully renovated cottage in the most desirable section of the popular Hobsonville Point. Winner of a Bronze Award in the Master Builders Renovation Category.

JPL were engaged to assist with investigating and remediating multiple weathertightness issues with the existing buildings. This included partial minor re-clad works and window replacements. Working within a live church environment, JPL has provided practical and cost-effective advice and undertaken the works efficiently. 

After a difficult first stage of the development project, JPL were engaged to construct a new minor dwelling underneath an existing functioning home, including associated siteworks.
